My Approach:
The approach involved developing a tone & voice for the brand, followed by creating a wireframe and designing a new website. Typeform was integrated into the site’s contact form to address emails going to the spam folder to improve email deliverability.
Additionally, the look & feel of the brand extended to creating an email marketing template, ensuring consistency in all correspondence with updates from Troy Insurance. This branding was also applied to stationery, including letterheads, business cards, and envelopes, providing a cohesive and professional appearance across all communication channels.

With licenses in multiple states, they offer a comprehensive range of insurance products, staying informed through continuous education to serve clients’ evolving needs better. In addition to their client-focused approach, Troy Insurance actively supports and volunteers with local non-profit and school organizations, contributing to the betterment of their community.
Results:
Implementing the approach resulted in the Troy Insurance website receiving Five American Web Design Awards for 2016.
