Troy Insurance New Web Presence

My Approach:
The approach involved developing a tone & voice for the brand, followed by creating a wireframe and designing a new website. Typeform was integrated into the site’s contact form to address emails going to the spam folder to improve email deliverability.
Additionally, the look & feel of the brand extended to creating an email marketing template, ensuring consistency in all correspondence with updates from Troy Insurance. This branding was also applied to stationery, including letterheads, business cards, and envelopes, providing a cohesive and professional appearance across all communication channels.

Background:
Troy Insurance was looking to develop a fresh, sleek, responsive website that balances seriousness and inviting appeal. Committed to providing tailored insurance plans for individual and business needs, Troy Insurance values trust, knowledge, and performance in building lasting client relationships. With licenses in multiple states, they offer a comprehensive range of insurance products, staying informed through continuous education to serve clients’ evolving needs better. In addition to their client-focused approach, Troy Insurance actively supports and volunteers with local non-profit and school organizations, contributing to the betterment of their community.

Results:
Implementing the approach resulted in the Troy Insurance website receiving Five American Web Design Awards for 2016.

Snappy Burger iOS & Android Game

My Approach:
The Snappy Burger game development process began with creating a full vector icon set in a pixelated style, matching the game’s branding. Background screens were designed to serve as a setting for the icons to stack like a burger. The next step involved crafting the game’s user interface (UI), offering the developer insights into the game’s mechanics and functionality. This step enabled a smooth and intuitive user experience for players.


An animated GIF how-to was developed to aid users in understanding the gameplay. This step-by-step visual guide was a valuable tool for players, allowing them to grasp the game’s mechanics quickly and start playing easily. The thoughtful combination of visually engaging design elements and clear instructions contributed to the game’s addictive nature and broad appeal to players.

Background:
Random Cat LLC set out to develop an addictive game for the market. Their vision was to create a retro-style game that was visually engaging with vibrant colors and straightforward gameplay. The goal was to design a game that would be easy for players to understand and enjoy while also having an addictive quality that would keep them returning for more. With this vision in mind, Random Cat LLC embarked on the journey to bring their exciting game concept to life and captivate players with an enjoyable and visually appealing gaming experience.

Results:
As a result, the game garnered 1,000 downloads, demonstrating its strong appeal and popularity among players. The combination of the visually engaging pixelated design, intuitive user interface, and helpful animated GIF how-to contributed to the game’s success in attracting a significant number of downloads and engaging players in a fun and addictive gaming experience.

My Approach:
The project involved the creation of a portfolio website featuring an integrated e-commerce shop. The website showcased various products, such as lashes, lash glue, and adhesives. Additionally, a user-friendly booking page was designed and incorporated within the site, ensuring a seamless customer experience without the need to navigate elsewhere.

 

Background:
MarycleLashes is a small solo-ran lash business in New Jersey, run by its dedicated owner, Mary Teniola Salami. With a passion for creating stunning lash designs and a commitment to providing exceptional service, MarycleLashes quickly gained a reputation for its expertise in the field. However, Mary recognized the importance of establishing a robust online presence to sell products, book clients, compete effectively, and stand out in the competitive beauty industry. As an experienced and licensed lash technician, Mary was determined to showcase her skills, professionalism, and unique style to potential clients.

Results:
As a result, sales increased by 30% with the integration of the online service. Additionally, the 50% reduction in booking time allowed customers to experience a more seamless checkout process, resulting in quicker conversions and improved customer satisfaction.

My Approach:
The approach focused on revitalizing the client’s social media presence and driving sales for their intensive program, new book, and newsletter. Collaborating with the social media manager, we created a comprehensive strategy– repurposing trending content and utilizing a new style guide and templates. We designed targeted social media posts for entrepreneurs and crafted print flyers for the intensive program. Additionally, a conversion-focused landing page was developed to boost sales of the program and book.

Background:
Mental Wealth Coaching is a targeted mental health and personal development program for Founders and Entrepreneurs. It focuses on enhancing their mental well-being and reducing stress and overwhelm while balancing business scaling and family life. Clients experience an atmosphere of acceptance and receive personalized coaching, guiding them to take actionable steps toward personal growth and increased consciousness.

Results:
As a result of our approach, we successfully reached 53.1K new accounts, marking a significant 38.8% increase compared to previous months. The engagement rate with followers saw an impressive 172% growth, and overall impressions increased by 50.6%. The e-book launch alone generated substantial interest, with 22 link taps in just one week. Moreover, on LinkedIn, we achieved a remarkable leap in followers, reaching a total of 141, and recorded 85 search appearances per week.
