Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage emails and communications.
• Drive organizational tasks and support day-to-day operations.
• Handle minimal project management using Asana and Honeybook CRM tools.
• Perform virtual check-ins at least once a week, accommodating both EST and PST time zones.

Requirements:

• Availability to work in both EST and PST time zones.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Asana and Honeybook CRM tools.
• Ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
• Virtual check-in capability at least once a week.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
• Comfortable working with email correspondence.
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks.
• Experience with Asana and Honeybook CRM tools is a plus.

Work Details:

$NP Designs is seeking a volunteer to assist with augmented reality in-person events and activations starting September 2022. The AR Event Volunteer is responsible for assisting the $NP Designs team with the setup and breakdown of tablings, and in-person or virtual events. Qualified candidates will be detail-oriented, self-motivated and have the ability to organize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment. Access to a car is a plus but not mandatory. Positions will be filled on a rolling basis and volunteers will be called as needed. If volunteering, you will have free admission to events.

Open to candidates only in the Los Angeles area.
